Before you write
How long do you take to reply?
Usually within an hour during working hours. The person who does the work answers, not a switchboard, and if it is urgent just say so in the first message: it changes the order.
Can I just call?
Calls get booked, not received by surprise. Write on WhatsApp and we will find half an hour: that way, when we talk, we have already looked at your case instead of hearing it for the first time on the phone.
Will you quote without a call?
Yes. Write what you need and what you already know, and a written offer comes back. The call is for when there is too much to understand for a message, not by default.
Are you in Italy or in the United States?
The company is American and we work remotely, with clients in Italy, in Europe and in the Emirates. One thing changes for you: the documents you sign are American.
