Refunds
When we refund, when we do not, and why. What follows is the general rule: your own terms are those of the quote you accepted, and in case of difference the quote prevails.
Before we start
Every job starts from a written quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Until you accept it, nothing is asked of you.
Where part of the work depends on third parties, it is written in the quote before we begin.
If you change your mind
If you cancel before the work has started, anything paid is returned in full.
If you cancel once started, we return the part not yet worked. Costs already paid to third parties, such as state fees and registered agent, are not recoverable because they have already been paid to them.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot do what was agreed, we return what was paid for that part, net of third party costs already incurred.
We do not refund an outcome that depends on third parties once the work has been done: a removal refused by a platform, a filing rejected by an authority. Where an outcome is not in our hands we say so beforehand, not afterwards.
Consumers in the European Union
If you buy as a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract.
If you ask for the service to start immediately and state that you want it, the right is reduced to what has not yet been performed, as the rules provide.
How to ask
Write to info@meskenterprise.com naming the job. We answer within one business day and, where a refund is due, we make it within fourteen days to the same method you paid with.
