What we collect when you visit
Nothing identifiable. The site uses no profiling cookies, loads no analytics and hosts no advertising pixels.
As with any site, the hosting provider records technical requests (IP address, time, page) to run and protect the service. Those are technical logs, not a profile of you.
What we collect when you write
The forms on this site store nothing on our servers: they compose a message and open it in WhatsApp, from your own number. Until you send it, it exists nowhere.
When you write to us, on WhatsApp or by email, we process what you send to answer you and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.
On what basis
To answer your request and to perform a contract you asked for.
To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
For how long
Conversations that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Records of work carried out: for the period required by applicable tax and corporate rules.
Who else sees them
The hosting provider, the email service and WhatsApp, each for its own part.
Where a job requires it, the parties needed to carry it out: registered agent, authorities, the platforms involved. Those only, and only what is needed.
We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third party marketing.
Transfers outside the European Union
The controller is a US company and some providers operate outside the European Union. Where applicable, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are used.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing and receive it in a readable format.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
