Your Google and Maps listing
The listing exists, but Google created it on its own, with the wrong hours, two photos from 2018 and an address that is not yours. Or it does not exist, and only competitors show on the map.
What we do
We take control of the listing, verify it, and fill it the way it should be: right categories, services, hours, real photos and a description that says what you do and where. Then we keep it alive, because a dormant listing slips.
What's included
- Claiming and verifying the listing in your name
- Categories and services set on what people search for
- Hours, address and contacts aligned with the site
- Photos uploaded and ordered
- A description written for readers and for indexing
- Guidance on asking for reviews without breaking Google's rules
What it does not cover
We do not buy reviews and do not write fake ones, even when competitors do: it is against Google's rules and when it is caught you lose the listing.
Verification depends on Google. Where a listing was suspended for things done before us, we say so before taking the job.
Timeline
A week of work on our side. Verification is Google's, by postcard or video depending on the case, and those timings are not ours to set.
Pricing
It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.
Get a sense in two minutesHow we work
Three steps, the same ones, on any job.
We look at your case
Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.
We write down what and how long
A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.
We do it, and you know
Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.
What we do not do
It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.
- We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
- We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
- We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
- We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
- We do not write numbers we have not measured.
