Press & Reputation

Google review removal

A fake review, or one left by someone who was never a client, sits at the top of your profile. Replying does not move it.

What we do

We look at the single review and find the real ground: conflict of interest, defamatory content, personal data, protected material, a customer who never existed. If there is a ground, we pursue it. If there is not, we say so and work on the rest of the profile.

What's included

  • Per-review assessment with a written verdict
  • Report to Google on grounds that hold
  • Legal escalation where content is defamatory
  • Work on the profile to reduce the weight of what stays
  • Updates at every step, including the negative ones

What it does not cover

Nobody can guarantee a review's removal, and anyone who does is selling something they do not control. It works when the review breaks Google's rules or when there is a legal route. A negative but genuine review from a real customer cannot be removed.

Timeline

First assessment within 48 hours. Outcomes depend on Google and range from days to weeks.

Pricing

It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.

How we work

Three steps, the same ones, on any job.

  1. We look at your case

Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.

  2. We write down what and how long

A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.

  3. We do it, and you know

Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.

What we do not do

It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.

  • We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
  • We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
  • We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
  • We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
  • We do not write numbers we have not measured.
