Right to be forgotten
A ten-year-old article about a closed matter is still the first result for your name.
What we do
The GDPR provides a route to request delisting when content is no longer current or relevant. We prepare the request, argue it, and follow the appeal if the first answer is no.
What's included
- Full map of what appears for your name
- Reasoned delisting request, URL by URL
- Complaint handling if refused
- Post-removal monitoring
What it does not cover
Delisting removes the result from searches for your name; it does not delete the article from the site hosting it.
Timeline
Request within a week; Google usually answers in 2 to 8 weeks.
Pricing
It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.
Get a sense in two minutesHow we work
Three steps, the same ones, on any job.
We look at your case
Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.
We write down what and how long
A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.
We do it, and you know
Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.
What we do not do
It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.
- We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
- We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
- We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
- We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
- We do not write numbers we have not measured.
