AI inside your company
You tried using AI in the company and the result was answers that were correct and useless. The model knows everything about everyone and nothing about how you work, what you already decided, how you talk to your clients.
What we do
The difference between a right answer and a usable one is context, and context is not on the internet: it is in your documents, your cases, the way you reply. We gather that, connect it to the model, and set the boundaries first: what it can see, what it can write and what must pass through a person.
What's included
- Gathering the context you already have: documents, cases, replies, procedures
- Connecting it to the model, with boundaries written before switching it on
- The point where a person has to say yes, where that is needed
- Tested on your real cases, not on examples
- Instructions for whoever uses it and whoever has to change it later
What it does not cover
We do not build systems that decide in a person's place where the decision has consequences for someone: there the model prepares and the person signs.
We do not use your data for another client and do not pass it to third parties. Where a model runs on an external service we tell you, by name, before sending anything into it.
Timeline
Three to eight weeks depending on how much material there is and what state it is in. The long part is almost never the model: it is assembling the context, which often lives in two people's heads.
Pricing
It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.
Get a sense in two minutesHow we work
Three steps, the same ones, on any job.
We look at your case
Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.
We write down what and how long
A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.
We do it, and you know
Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.
What we do not do
It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.
- We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
- We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
- We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
- We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
- We do not write numbers we have not measured.
