Automation and AI

Automation built to fit

Someone copies the same data from one place to another every morning, sends the same three messages and updates the same sheet. They are not doing it badly: it costs two hours a day and when they are away nobody does it.

What we do

We look at how you work now, really, not how you should. We pick the piece that repeats identically and where a mistake does no great harm, and give that to the machine. The rest stays with a person, and we say so up front.

What's included

  • Half a day watching how the work happens today, step by step
  • The list of what is worth automating and what is not, with reasons
  • Building the chosen piece, connected to the tools you already use
  • A place to see whether it worked, because unwatched automation eventually fails silently
  • Instructions for whoever will use it, written for someone who did not build it

What it does not cover

We do not automate anything that requires bypassing a platform's rules or passing a machine off as a person.

Automation is not an employee: it does exactly what you told it, including when that is wrong. That is why we always build the place where you can see what it did, and why we keep it away from where mistakes are expensive.

Timeline

Two to five weeks depending on how many pieces connect and how open your tools are. Where it depends on a third-party service we say so before starting.

Pricing

It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.

How we work

Three steps, the same ones, on any job.

  1. We look at your case

Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.

  2. We write down what and how long

A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.

  3. We do it, and you know

Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.

What we do not do

It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.

  • We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
  • We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
  • We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
  • We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
  • We do not write numbers we have not measured.
