US LLC & Compliance

Annual LLC compliance

US deadlines do not send you a registered letter. Penalties arrive, and in the worst case the company falls into revoked status while you keep invoicing through it.

What we do

We keep your company's calendar and file on time. You get confirmation once it is done, not a reminder to handle.

What's included

  • Registered agent
  • State annual report and franchise tax
  • BOI reporting where required
  • Registered address and official mail forwarding
  • A yearly summary of what was filed and when

What it does not cover

Federal tax returns are not included: that is licensed CPA work. We can introduce you to one.

Timeline

Ongoing, yearly.

Pricing

It comes in writing once we have looked at your case, with what it covers and what it does not. Usually within an hour during working hours.

How we work

Three steps, the same ones, on any job.

  1. We look at your case

Where you live, where clients are, how you get paid, what comes up when someone searches your name. That decides what is actually needed, which is often not what you expected.

  2. We write down what and how long

A quote stating what is included, what is not, and the timings. Where it depends on third parties we say so before starting, not when it stalls.

  3. We do it, and you know

Same number from start to finish. The deadlines that affect your company are ours to track, and we warn you in advance.

What we do not do

It sits here and not at the bottom of a legal page, because it is the part that saves you time if you read it first.

  • We do not give tax or legal advice: we are not accountants or attorneys. For your personal position we introduce a licensed professional, better before you incorporate than after.
  • We do not promise outcomes that depend on third parties: a removal is decided by the platform, a ranking by Google, a filing by the authority. Where it is not in our hands we say so first.
  • We do nothing that requires hiding something from someone. If that is the road to the result, there is another road or there is none.
  • We do not publish client names without their written consent, not even when it would suit us.
  • We do not write numbers we have not measured.
